As healthcare costs continue their sharp rise,  the search for new ways to contain health benefit expenditures has become the primary focus of many businesses. Our Consumer Driven Plans are considered the best approach to reducing healthcare costs for the employer and their employees.

All our plans are custom designed for each group to maximize savings and improve the benefits offered to employees. Common design elements include introducing cost-sharing deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums to the health insurance plan. The degree of cost sharing is determined by the employer and is generally based on the dynamics of the group. The healthcare accounts can be funded by the employer with a
portion of their premium savings.

The participants will continue coverage under a traditional health plan and when they must pay for medical care, they will still benefit from the negotiated discounts with network providers.  Participants will only pay for medical expenses from their account for co-payments, deductibles and other expenses not covered by the health plan. Physician office visits and hospital stays are fully covered and expanded coverage can now be provided
to employees with account funds that can be used for dental, vision, over-the-counter drugs and other health related items not covered by traditional health insurance plans.
